1. Sponsor
The Fantom Investments Trailer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Fantom Investments,
1767 Eldridge Ave, Twin Falls, ID 83301 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on January 20 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on May 10 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
A. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card with the following information:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 10 and received by [RECEIPT DATE – typically 5–7 days later].
Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
B. Entry With Purchase (Optional)
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive promotional entries by purchasing eligible products, services, or promotional tickets as offered by Sponsor.
Entries received through purchase are promotional bonus entries only.
No purchase is required to enter or win, and entries received through free entry methods have the same odds of winning as entries received through purchase.
C. Entry Limits
There is a limit of 1 free mail in entry per person you can purchase unlimited bonus entries.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one trailer manufactured or provided by Sponsor with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $25000.
Prize details, specifications, color, options, and availability are determined solely by Sponsor. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, insurance, transportation, and any other costs not expressly stated.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 16th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 1 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if required by law.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Idaho.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
13. Winner List
